  1. Choose two lip colors to blend together, open them, and swivel up the bullet.

  2. Using a dull knife, cut off the very tip of each bullet. On a plate or the back of your hand, completely mix the two shades together with a lip brush.

  3. Apply the mix directly to your lips. Add more of each color as needed—feel free to experiment with different ratios of each shade to create your desired hue.
